Specialised surface arrays are used in industry on suitable conductive turbine and generator components, including selected dovetail and slot geometries. These require application-specific probe shapes, reference standards and access. This page invites technical feasibility enquiries and does not claim IAIS has a qualified turbine array package.

Fatigue-related surface cracking is a possible target; geometry, alloy and inspection orientation determine whether ECA fits.
Different techniques may be complementary. The inspection procedure must demonstrate response to the target indication under the actual material and geometry conditions.

Part drawing, alloy, accessible surfaces, known damage history, inspection window and acceptance basis.
Include expected reporting format, outage or shutdown window, site location and applicable procedure or acceptance criteria.
